Aquatic rehabilitation within your recovery.
Buoyancy supports your weight, so you can start moving weeks earlier after surgery, often the difference between progress and a long wait.
The water also provides resistance gently in every direction, providing an opportunity to build strength.
Water's steady pressure also reduces swelling and supports circulation, especially useful in chronic pain, lymphatic conditions and pregnancy. Elite athletes returning to sport, mothers in the third trimester: the same pool serves both.

Group programmes, privately run.
Real sessions, real people.

Expectant mothers in AquaNatal
In their own words.
It's been a long but steady road to recovery, but I can honestly say I don't think I would be where I am without the guidance and assistance from Marita.
“I found Marita very friendly and easy to communicate with, she explained my prognosis in layman's terms and was able to treat me incrementally... I am grateful for her attention to detail and most of all for making my hand much better.”
