Directions, parking, and accessibility.
Located off the ABC Highway in Wildey, St. Michael. Roughly 15 minutes from Bridgetown and 25 minutes from the south coast hotels. Look for the Aquatic Center Complex signage off Wildey Main Road.
Free on-site parking at the Aquatic Center Complex. Spaces are available adjacent to the entrance.
Wheelchair accessible. Ground-floor reception and treatment rooms. Pool access via ramped entry. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance and we will plan around them.
What to expect on your first visit.
Comfortable clothing you can move in. A pair of trainers. Any imaging or reports related to your condition. A list of medications you are currently taking.
First appointments run 60 minutes. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete intake paperwork in the reception area.
An initial appointment is assessment first, treatment second. We take a full history, perform a movement and physical assessment, and walk you through what we have found and what the plan looks like.
You will leave with a clear understanding of what is going on, what the proposed plan is, and what is required of you between sessions. Where appropriate, we communicate directly with your referring consultant or GP.
